American Patriot Title Agency

One of ( if not) the absolute worst title companies I’ve ever dealt with. Error after error has been made through the process, but instead of owning it, being transparent, and communicating those errors, Dan chooses to take the arrogant position of lying, avoiding phone calls, and shifting responsibility. Recently, I marketed another property to some local wholesalers, One brought back my asking price with a buyer who requested to use American patriot title. I informed that buyer that I would never do another closing with that company again, and if they wish to purchase the property, it will be with another company.

If I could give "0" stars I would. I'm not going to write specifics publicly, but this was the worst experience in our entire personal and professional career. My husband and I have bought and sold a dozen houses & both our careers are in real estate. The lack of organization, communication, knowledge, structure and professionalism was very evident due to the end result. A 3rd party was also affected due to the lack of proper communication. All I can say is, do your due diligence if you consider this group. I'm sure there are other reputable Title Agencies in the area.

I have worked off and on with American Patriot Title for the past 15 years. I have never been dissatisfied with their staff, work ethic, and competence in the handling of real estate transactions. I encourage others to consider them as your title professionals.

The worst title company I have ever worked with, beware! They are extremely shady and steel closing funds

Avoid avoid avoid. This company is very unprofessional and disorganized. Most alarmingly, there is an apparent lack of IT security as we received several scam emails asking us to wire our funds to a different account. We showed up at our scheduled appointment time, our officer was not present, and no one else knew we were coming. The secretary did not even recognize me as a client even though I had stopped in several times within the week. Use a different title agency.
