American Legend Homes - Reunion

If I could give them negative stars I would stay away from them do not buy a house from them especially in Rhome. 6 months living in the house and caulking is needed. All of them lie. This is my second and last time I would ever do business with them. I genuinely thought they were a good builder after purchasing my first house with them. Never again. Hard lesson learned!

Buyer Beware – Horrible Builder American Legend was the worst building experience we’ve ever had. I had to constantly babysit the construction just to prevent disasters. The builder only gives homeowners approximately one hour to inspect before closing, and if you miss anything, they claim you accepted the home “as is”. They will say, since you signed off on all the phases, you must not had any issues. Their workmanship is cheap and careless. The jobsite was a mess—buried under our sod I’ve found beer cans, chicken bones, wood, and bricks. The yard was graded so poorly (with debris left underneath) that it now sits 5–7 inches above the sidewalk and driveway. When they replaced some of our fence, since they buried the weep holes with 15” of dirt, since they tore up the fence while working o

Other than Troy, who seemed understanding, Very poor experience with this company. They plan on keeping all your earnest money, regardless of the circumstances. So be aware! I WOULD NOT recommend them at all.

Troy has been a great help in so many ways with his homes, highly appreciated and a great person to work with all around!
