We rented from a property managed by American Homes for 4 years and they were exceptional property managers. They were quick to fix any issues we had over the 4 years we were there. Items such as the cooling unit failing and they were quick to have HVAC guys out to fix it. Also, I got locked out of the apartment once and they were kind enough to assist me by stopping by to open the door with their spare. Overall it was a seamless experience and they seemed very professional and responsive.

We just recently move out after 2+ years of rent and I wish to say my appreciasions to Mr. Jorje Olarte for exeptional attention and understending of tenants needs.

They are awful for property management (rentals). They don't complete work promised before you move in, then it takes months of unreturned phone calls and emails. They schedule an appointment to come by and never show for days or weeks on end. If you are considering renting from them, DON'T! If you are considering letting them manage your rental, DON'T! I feel bad for the owners who have no idea of the damage to the unit(s) and continued deterioration due to this company's negligence to correct the problems. We have had water leaking in our apartment for over 2 weeks now and they see no urgency while the unit and our furniture and belongings continue to be damaged.

They managed my townhouse for almost 14 years, and I’m so grateful for all their attention and work 🙂
