Jim Gauden is hands down the best to work with! He’s genuine and helpful! He makes the process so smooth! Even when we had some issues he was on top of it and got it handled! Whole process took us about a year to get in our forever home and could not be happier with how it turned out! Shout out to Billy and Clarence who did a great job with the inside work and very friendly!

We’re currently renting through American Homes and they do an amazing job with snow removal. Each time we get snow, they will come over day of to shovel and salt our porch and driveway. They take of our property very well. Shout out to Nick, Amy and the maintenance team.

Jim was amazing to work with from day one. He was so inviting and helped with everything detail if everything for the project. He helped me to learn a lot about the homes and the difference between modular and Manufactured homes.
