Penny is great, she definitely tries her best to get back to you in a timely manner and find out any questions you have, this was our first time renting an apartment and helped us figure out everything we needed to get done and when. Didn’t have any issues, don’t let the other reviews stop you from inquiring. Our apartment is clean and refreshed

I barely would like to give the 1 star review because this company deserves none. The attitude I have experienced with the property manager,( TAshia) we actually have the same name spelled differently, but the consistent hanging up being rude & yelling, like I’m this woman kid is beyond my comprehension she’s always having problems that has nothing to do with my property being managed & having an actual person to talk to through issues I’m having because I was sent the wrong address & they didn’t receive my rental payment, is beyond the highest level of poor customer service. From the time they got my money, it’s been nothing but disrespect coming from this woman. I rent here not a bad company for starters but needs work!! the maintenance timing sucks!! things aren't being done quick enough hire other companies!!! Or hire more staff!!

Horrible this place just take your application fee and never gets back to you and when they do they just deny you even if you make more than enough Natalie Remigio was no help at all stay away from this place

They have absolutely no empathy. They'll take you to court without notice and start the eviction process regardless of the situation. Death, emergency, birth of a newborn, etc. If the deal to rent sounds too good to be true then go with your gut because it is. They get you by saying they don't check your credit.
