I always deeply value when I am able to read true and honest reviews in regard to a business or product. The good reviews were what made me choose to utilize the services of American Heritage. Unfortunately my clients and I did not share the same experience as the majority of the reviews I read. I truly felt obligated to leave a review of our experience because I am hopeful that it demands change or prevents another agent or client from experiencing the same. I have never experienced the lying and down right disrespect from a title company, like I did with our closing agent. We were lied to multiple times regarding a situation that the title company was blaming on the financing company, only to have them eventually reveal that THE TITLE company was actually making the specific unnecessary

Very helpful, and completed their title search faster than was expected, also helped me understand the results. Would recommend!

These ladies have been great. Very courteous. So far I've enjoyed working with them.
