I have rented from AEI since November 2018 and my experience has been enjoyable. I love the house and neighborhood that I reside in and the rent fits my budget. The Property Manager, Meredith Orsi ,is absolutely the best. If you're looking for home in RVA, please check them out as you will not be disappointed but hurry homes go fast.

I saw a house for rent posted Zillow that I wanted to rent, from this company so I submitted my application online as instructed and paid my application fee. The next day I went to see the house and it looks nothing like the picture on the website. The house is a complete disaster. I have called and emailed this company and no response. I'm pregnant and my baby is due in a couple of weeks. I don't have money to give away. I will never trust this company

So, my wife and I have lived at one of their rental homes for 3 years (Aug. 2015-Aug.2018), and it was ok at first. But recently, there have been some hiccups in their organization of the rent payments. First of all this house was way too over priced on rent. Over $700 a month for a tiny 600 square foot bungalow style house with only a 2,500 square foot front yard, no backyard whatsoever! So, on two occasions... One I had to get two money orders to pay rent, and we ended up getting a default notice of only one of those amounts being received (Conveniently the larger amount!), so we called immediately! They literally told us, “Oh sorry, the money orders were stuck together”. WAIT WHAT?!?! Are you serious?!?! Second one! And you’re gonna love this! This was the straw that finally broke the c

I have nothing bad to say. I love my house and no one bothers me. I’m contacted back within a timely manner. Keep up the great job!

Renting from this company has always been a pleasure. Anytime I have a concern or question I am always answered promptly and any repairs needed are done promptly. I definitely recommend them .
