They shouldn’t even get one star!! They are all about the money!! Had a home for sale had offer and Charlene Steven’s went behind my back with my ex husband and did a counter offer that I didn’t approve of. Then when I confronted her about she wants to terminate the listing…. They LIE and look out only for there selves.
I was lucky enough to be introduced to Jesse when I was starting my home search. His years of experience in the real estate industry was very apparent. Any time I had questions, and I had many, he would get back to me very quickly. He always had my best interests at heart and went above and beyond my expectations. Buying a house is a stressful experience, however, it wasn't for me in the least. With Jesse as my agent, I had the most stressless experience with him. Jesse is the man you want to represent you.
Jesse Gathright is the most unprofessional realtor I’ve ever come across in my 30+ years of buying and selling properties. He is definitely not in it for his client, only the commission. Jesse doesn’t understand markets, business, professional ethics and is 100% biased against the VA lending process as it is too strict and protective of its clients…Veterans. Do not give this brokerage your business.
Jesse Gathright is the absolute worst realtor I have ever experienced. He is unprofessional and surprisingly prejudiced against veterans using pre-approved VA loans to buy a property. Once he was informed we were using a VA loan he treated us like garbage. I am not very familiar with American Dream of Northeast Florida but if this were my company, I would listen to these Google reviews and question the conduct and professionalism of this realtor.
My Husband and I are very happy with everything Jessie and American Dream team did with the purchase of our home they were great with my Mom and we highly recommend them to everyone!
