We met Pete and Mona through Knights of Columbus and used them as our seller’s real estate agent and broker, respectively. They are good, hard working individuals and Pete has gone out of his way to earn his commission. 👍 He has brought us lunch while we were moving, met with the housekeeper, handyman, and inspectors because we moved an hr away and it was very inconvenient for us, swept and watered our property, taken our trash in and out on trash day, and negotiated maintenance projects on our behalf. We had a previous purchasing agent before we met Pete and he came nothing close to the efforts Pete put forward. I have even told my co-worker I have an agent ( Pete) to recommend if she is ready to make a move. You will definitely get your money’s worth by using Pete and Mona as your agent/
