American Abstract Of McClain County, Inc.

This company was chosen by the bank for a real estate closing which was beset by multiple delays. After it was finally done, they sent our check (which was supposed to be direct deposit, all information was provided) to an old address that was still on my husband's driver's license. All of the signed paperwork had our current address. It was not even sent registered or next day. It was just lost in space. Still do not have the money a week after the closing. The most unprofessional company that I have ever done business with. Use any other abstract company. These guys are ridiculous.

Best title company in McClain County. I've closed over 1000 transactions in my career using many different title companies. Save yourself some headaches and time by using American Abstract....

I've closed on multiple properties here and they have always done a good job.
