They come with a smile and they extend their ourselves, especially Amisha the lady that takes care of the rent. She’s professional outstanding. She does the job she’s got what it takes. She comes with a smile and she works with you and all aspects of every way she can to make it right and then we have Mandy the office manager. She’s also amazing. I've been touring quite a few properties over the last last few weeks this one was a nice the apartment was very spacious in which that's what I'm looking for although the unit that I viewed the bathrooms were very outdated but Barbara did say that the units were privately owned so I understood I just wish there were other units that I could have seen I only saw the one. Barbara was very pleasant and informative on the tour thank you Barbara

Ms. Aisha Bee is AMAZING! She heard how stressed I was and removed the weight off my shoulders with ease. Sonoma/Amelia are lucky because people like her are rare. I decided to renew and thanks to her I know I made the right choice💗

Upon my first encounter with with Sonoma I met Barbara. She got me in places on my phone I didn’t know how to get into. She is a God send. Then months later after negative reactions from the rental office I met Aisha what a wonderful human being she is and very helpful in rental procedures. I love her disposition and attitude. These ladies add volume to my life being disabled. They both have helped me in ways unimaginable and I love the care they put into each tenant. I couldn’t be more satisfied with this property as I am right now and I want to say THANK Y OU Barbara and THANK YOU Aisha.

Moving in was smooth thanks to Barbara! Unfortunately, life took a turn and I had to move out sooner than expected. During my hardship, Danielle went above and beyond to help me. Her kindness and generosity were truly unmatched. The only downside was that the buildings are a bit older, so the insulation wasn’t great — the apartment would get very hot, and I had a few AC issues. Because of that, my light bill was pretty high (around $400–$500) for a two-bedroom, which was tough with two small kids. Other than that, maintenance was always quick to respond, and everyone in the office was helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a positive experience thanks to the wonderful staff!
