I rented 2 homes from Jennifer over 7 years. She is the 1st property manager I've ever worked with. I was scared at first because of all the horror stories I've heard about property management. It was nothing like that. She answered every request I called about and Made sure things were taken care of timely. On move out of both homes she was very kind and reasonable in both walk throughs. She didn't charge me for anything I didn't do or charge me for anything that was normal wear and tear. The only reason I no longer rent from her is because I bought a home. I've only been with Jennifer for almost a year, being my first time renting outside of family. I've had a really nice experience. She answered questions and problems quick, a complete badass with her resolving any issues and getting fixes done quickly, even going out of her way with a late night plumbing problem I had. My sister recommended her because she has gone through her many times for many years and had nothing but nice things to say about her and I can say the same. She's very understanding of certain situations and I really appreciated it being a single mom of 3.

I've been with AMC for a few years now and I have nothing but good things to say. Jennifer is by far THE MOST caring and generous landlord I have ever had- in 20 years of renting in Ada County! She is quick to respond to maintenance requests, she is readily available and easy to reach, she has always gone above and beyond for me. I always tell everyone (including my family) that they should rent from AMC. There are no better managers in the area!!!

Ive rented several properties from AMC/Jennifer since 2007. She has been great to work with. She is very accommodating with my work schedule and showing us properties and meeting with me. If any problems have come up or repairs were needed she has been great. I recommend her to anyone looking for a place or looking for a property manager.
