I want to share my experience so future buyers can make an informed decision. Since moving into this community in August 2025, dealing with the HOA and management company has been extremely challenging. Communication is slow, unclear, and often incomplete. When I requested written documentation about maintenance responsibilities, the management was unable to provide specific CC&R sections, page numbers, or any official authority supporting the charges they intended to assess. Despite repeated requests, they only repeated conclusions without evidence. Important issues involving structural repairs, water intrusion, and deck components were handled without transparency, forcing me to spend significant time reviewing the legal Declaration myself to understand responsibility and obligations.

Don’t do what they say,Then confront them in a meeting and was lied to!! I think they have a way of pocketing some of our HOA fees and they need to be audited!!Why are we paying for office supplies,Them to do there taxes,Why are we charged for there vehicle insurance,list goes on!! They lie!! One lady was told to shut up in the HOA meeting!! They do not respond back with calls or emails,Piss poor run and they do not communicate at all!Two talk to kill time so we the people cannot address issue and right when it hit 7:30 pm was told meeting over!! AMC needs to be audited big time something is not right

Terrible agency two occassions paying the bill claim they never got it and charge you extra. Signed up for their recommended automatic bill pay, which they stated has not been paying the bill. Tried to explain that received no bill, notice from autopay that no longer paying no notification or any notice from them except threatening message from them today. Christina was extremely rude, not listening to my concerns, interrupting constantly, and yelling at me and told me to pay the bill and hung up. Shady agency, extremely rude customer service, avoid at all costs. Continue saying not paying the correct amount and charge you fees. Website supposedly can log onto does not work when I try to make an account. Never even paint banisters and do basics. Next year, jacking up rates by 80 dollars

Our community has used AMC for the last 3 years. They have turned our property around. We have 96 condo/ rental units. They have taught our board a lot about property management. Their expertise in property management has helped us complete many necessary projects. We trust their insight and feel they are very honest with all the financial responsibilities we entrust to them.

I do not recommend using this management company. My condo association recently switched over to them over the last several months. I gave 1 star because the lady that answers the phone is very kind and bc it doesn’t allow you to give 1/2 a star. However I’ve called four times now trying to get information about leasing my condo out. Apparently there’s only one guy there that knows or has this information and he doesn’t answer the phone or return calls. I’ve left three or four voice messages for Keith (again the only one who has access to this information) and who has still not called me back. One of the times even the woman on the phone said “oh he just walked in” transferee me and didn’t answer and he was in the office. (That was the 3rd call and voicemail I left. I just called again f
