I want to take a moment to recognize Marisol Bueno for her outstanding service and support during my move-in process. From the very beginning, she was not only professional but also warm and welcoming, which made such a big difference in easing the stress of moving. Marisol went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before my move-in date. She explained everything clearly, followed up promptly, and showed genuine care throughout the entire process. Her pleasant demeanor and positive attitude made me feel valued as a resident even before I officially moved in. We were lied to when we lease the apartment, we were told that we could have our 3 cars and park one of them in the overflow area which we did, we do not move that car as often as the other two, came to find out that they towed the car and I had to pay $300. The place is overcrowded and there is no where to park at this place. They should have more parking if they expect to rent more townhomes. They do not have parking for visitors either so where do people park? Find a solution for this massive problem you have. Not happy here!

Jose Lara helped me today with a maintanence issue that I had. I posted the issue in the morning, and in the same day was resolved. Very kind, professional and fast!!

Updated 02/01/2025: I’m still incredibly happy in our home! We recently moved into a bigger townhome in the property and we couldn’t be happier! Marisol has been incredibly helpful with the transfer process and is always a delight to work with! I STILL highly recommend if you are interested in renting a luxury townhome! We have had the pleasure of working with Marisol Bueno the Leasing Manager at Amberton. This is our 2nd season housing H-2B employees and will be utilizing the housing for our 3rd season 25/26. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Marisol has been to work with and that she always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right when it comes to customer service. It is because of the relationship we have with Marisol, to why we recommend Amberton as a great place to live. Our employees have felt very comfortable in that community.
