Amanda is fantastic. She is knowledgeable, polite, and has been helpful. She took the time to meet with me, was transparent, and helped me find a potential solution if I sell my house in the future. I have grandkids in Chicago, Dallas, and Florida. I don’t know yet where I will land. But, Naples is the top of my list.

This apartment complex has repeatedly delayed move-ins over the past year. The initial move-in date was set for May 2025, but since then, we’ve only received ongoing email notices pushing the date back further each time. In the end, we had to cancel all arrangements with them. As of March 19, 2026, there is still no firm move-in date, and we understand that the certificate of occupancy (CO) has not yet been issued, so please be aware.
