Amberleigh Shores

The apartment community is extremely clean and makes me feel very safe. It has all the amenities you need to truly enjoy staying there without even having to leave the property. Susan helped me with all the paperwork and was incredibly professional and kind at all times. Moving is a difficult decision and a heavy process, but with her help everything felt much easier. She really relieved a lot of the stress of the move, made me feel confident, and from day one I was treated amazingly and truly felt at home.

I would give this place 0 stars if it was at all possible. Living here was an absolute nightmare from day one. We moved in February 2025 and within the first week noticed that the dishwasher was disgusting and covered with mold. We contacted the office and asked for them to replace the dishwasher because it could not be used in the state it was in. They sent maintenance to “fix it”, but they didn’t clean it. I then had to fight with them for it to be cleaned. They came and cleaned it and 2 days later mold was continuing to grow back. So again I asked them to replace it and they refused because it “wasn’t broken”. Well come to find out months later when we were preparing to move out, they replaced the dishwasher because the heating element had been broken the whole time. Within the first tw

I had a fantastic experience at Amberleigh Shores! The community is beautiful, clean, and feels very well maintained. The amenities are modern, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. A special shoutout to Susan Dean, the leasing agent who helped me through the entire process. She was absolutely wonderful to work with — friendly, professional, and incredibly patient with all my questions. Susan went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, from the initial tour to move-in day. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. If you’re considering moving here, I definitely recommend reaching out to Susan — she made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable!

Living at Amberleigh Shores has been an absolute pleasure! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers everything you could ask for—from the resort-style pool to the peaceful walking trails and friendly neighbors.
