Amber Oaks

I been here 8 years I really would like to say the maintenance guy that they have right now I think he’s one of the best I’ve needed things fixed. It has gotten fixed, but it broke down when I called him. He fixed it and it’s fixed no more problems. I think it’s a nice place to live. There are no fights. A very low crime rate and a comfortable place to stay. That’s why I’m still here and I would like to say when things need fixing the maintenance guy that’s here now he’s right on it. I like that about Amber Oaks apartments the manager she’s one of the best.

This place is actually the worst. I typed out about a page worth of our experience but the page refreshed and all of my progress was lost, so here’s the TLDR: - useless, unskilled contractors did such a bad job we had to have new contractors in our apartment for the first month to fix everything - mold issues - the latest maintenance we had dealt with was not only rude and disrespectful but refused to do his job and take accountability for piss poor contractors he supposedly hired - even after having contractors for the first month we then had to yell at the office 6-9 months after living here because the tub had to be replaced TWICE (piss poor contractors) and the a/c needed to be replaced the entire time we lived here - which had been known - and still didn’t get fixed until I yelled an

I’ll be moving in NC in the next couple months and I’ve been to many, many places but this one in particular I had such a great experience visiting! From the moment I arrived, the management team went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The units themselves were clean, well-maintained, and had everything I was looking for, ESPECIALLY price (very affordable). I Highly recommend checking them out!

Since I started living in this property, things have been a little difficult but it has changed. Since the new staff started, things have been much better. They have been very helpful, professional and friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting the new supervisor Reinier who has done a great job in my department, I can say that now I feel happy where I live. The property has looked clean and much more habitable thanks to them.

I'm very grateful to the maintenance team, as they're doing a very good job. I placed a work order, and Reinier came to complete it right away. An excellent technician.
