My name is Prince Lewis and I talked to Denise I wasn’t really looking for leasing but she took time out of her day to give me good information and guidance on some things I needed help with on growing my business. I’m sure the tenants and people looking to lease get the best experience and information. I would love to have her as a teammate or co workers. I just love to thank amber chase staff member Ms.Denise! You are the greatest!

Today my son and I visited the Amber Chase Apartment Complex. From the time we step in the door Ms. Denise was absolutely amazing. She was very informative, knowledgeable, and amazing customer service. Many companies need them a Ms. Denise. Thank you again for everything that you've done for my family and I so far.

Mr JT (maintenance man) helped me tremendously. I’m so grateful for him at this point and time. Update: 1/7/26 The security gate is broke allowing anybody through. You can’t see the speed bumps (needs painting) but wouldn’t stop the nascar drivers. People have been trying to break into cars. Bringing their trash and dumping it so it’s a massive pile of trash out front. Combined with the wind and a broken gate. It’s not safe & not luxury paying upwards of $1900. Dog poop everywhere so please don’t walk in the grass. We is in the hood child please remember to lock your doors. I’m not understanding why the police are here”living” when they do nothing for the community! No patrol! Maintenance is perfect this is a management issue. I’m embarrassed to have visitors.

I just want to share my experience living in the Amber Chase Apartments. They are very nice and accommodated all my needs. I dropped my wallet in a guy returned it to the leasing office and they were able to contact me so I could retrieve my wallet and I just want to say thank you so much for your concern and everything was in place when I received it back. I appreciate it it so much!

I am a future resident. I haven’t lived in an apartment since I was 18 years old so much has changed since then. The leasing agents were exceptional especially the leasing Kowanis and her manager. I wasn’t familiar with the process and they walked me through each step with care, sincerity and honesty. I was in the urgent need of an apartment before February and Kowanis did what she had to do and assisted in every way. She answered every phone call with my many phone calls. If she was with another tenant she promptly called me back. I want to thank the staff for the patience, courtesy, and due diligence. ~Tomeka
