Miss Denise is an exceptional property manager. She is very thorough communicative and treats the tenants as if they were her own family. She goes above and beyond and deserves a raise beyond belief. My husband and I moved here from New York five years ago and the reason we did go with Amber Chase is because of Denise the emails speaking with her over the phone. Several times she made the experience very warming and welcoming, and over the last five years has done everything for us that she’s been able to. I truly appreciate her hard work and Dedication to the community at Amber Chase the maintenance staff have always been friendly, helpful even in a time in the middle of the night they always show up. This place would not be ran the way it was if it didn’t have Denise and her crew

I moved here from out-of-state with my children in less than a month of accepting a new job offer. Denise has been the absolute best! She communicates well and keeps us residents well-informed. She has made this move a lot less stressful for me and my family! I am very pleased! Great job to Denise and her staff.

My roommate and I lived her for almost a year and we loved our lives there. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You truly cannot be the price here either. We appreciate everything Denise and her guys did for us! If we needed something, they didn’t hesitate to get on it!

The apartment manager is great! I was able to rent my apartment last year by email and phone. It was exactly as described, and was ready when I arrived. Maintenance guys are quick to respond to problems. When I leave or arrive after dark, I feel safe in the area. My neighbors are quiet. There are children in the complex and their parents keep a close eye on them. Can't wait for the pool to open!

I lived here during college and wish I could come back. Ms Denise and all other staff were always kind and genuinely happy to help or answer any questions. She also worked with us because were we college students. I NEVER had any bug problems outside or the occasional spider in the 3 and a half years I lived there. The other residents kept to themselves and were otherwise friendly/ minded their own business. Honestly it wasn't quiet all the time because there are a lot of kids that play together and occasional loud music. Rent is cheap and literally this place is a one of a kind and haven't found any other place like it. When you first move in you might need to scrub a little extra hard to clean it up a little but overall i really think this place is a diamond in the rough.
