I've used ATS for both professional and personal transactions. They are responsive and use good practices. Always great to work with!

I wired money at 9:00 in the morning. I sent a copy of the paperwork 2 ambassador. Then i had to go to work. The money didn't go all the way through. And instead of them calling the bank they waited until I got off work 3 hours later and asked me to call the bank. I thought that was very unprofessional and very very rude to the people who sold the house. It wold have been very easy for them to pick up the phone and call the bank themselves.

I had a disastrous experience with Ambassador Title. Communication was virtually non-existent, making it incredibly frustrating to reach them when I had questions or concerns. They were not forthcoming about timelines, which added to my anxiety throughout the process. I expected a level of customer service that simply was not provided. If you're looking for a title company that values client support and clear communication, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I was not well informed about current HOA special assessment fees when purchasing my property. While the fact that fees could be collected for special assessments was outlined in the covenant paperwork, it was NOT transparent that there was a CURRENT assessment. I explicitly asked during closing about HOA fees and was verbally assured that I would only be paying the regular $175 per month. That is my mistake for not getting that in writing. Now I am out an extra 100 dollars per month.

My husband and I have never sold a home. Jami made the process so easy and her love for her job and clients is soooo obvious! We felt like she was a sister or cousin by the time we concluded our business. If your realtor isn’t relying on Ambassador title services…I would recommend you ask why not!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
