I wish I was able to leave a 5 star review as the homes, facilities, location etc. are amazing. Now management is a completely different issue, they are not helpful nor understanding, i have had a new issue every month since move in wether it was non-disclosure of my correct deposit amount (supposed to be $500 until I signed my lease and it was $1000) to a payment on their online portal not drafting out of my account forcing me to now pay in person with a cashiers check and no way to fix it, as well as holding on to my cashiers check for a week and charging automatic late fees due to their incapability. Choose to live somewhere else. It is not worth the headache.

Update: Added some photos of backyard (still work in progress- so much space!) and kitchen/living area with furniture. Been here almost 2 months and still as happy as day one (probably even happier to be honest, the more I add/ have begun enjoying this outdoor space!!) Original: SOOO happy I chose to move here. From the moment I stepped into the exceptional rental office and was greeted by Iyanla, I had a feeling this was going to be my new home. The four houses I was able to self-tour were absolutely beautiful - they did an excellent job on the finishes and the windows really bring light and joy into the home. This company is losing a lot of money by not allowing 6 month leases. You have all these vacant homes and you make zero when you don't lease to people that need only 6 months. I guess they'd rather not make money? This is the type of thing some executive decided and we know how idiotic corporate America is.
