Amavi Brier Creek

We've lived here for almost a year now and have had a great experience, with some minor bumps along the way, as expected with a brand new community. We moved from Indiana to North Carolina and were really excited about the opportunities in this space. After touring several communities, Amavi Brier Creek was by far our favorite. Before signing our lease, we talked the entire 12 hour drive back to Indiana about the space and what it would become. Here we are, a year later, seeing it in full fruition! We absolutely love our townhome and the leasing office has been so kind. We've had some minor maintenance problems or other lease questions come up and everyone has been so timely and courteous. We've only lived here for about a month, but we love the community so far. It is a beautiful property and our home is fantastic. We've had a couple bumps or frustrations that can be expected due to it being brand new and still under construction, but the leasing team has been amazing about any question, concern, or inquiry (which I am sure takes a lot of patience). The communication is wonderful, and they always do what they can to make sure you are happy. Mikhaela & Marquita are the main staff we have had the pleasure of interacting with, but I am sure the rest of the team is just as great as them! Also, the maintenance team is extremely nice and timely. We look forward to seeing the neighborhood grow over the next few months. :)

I recently toured Amavi Brier Creek, and I must say—the photos don’t do it justice! This community is absolutely stunning, even in its final stages of construction. Deedra, the leasing agent, was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. She provided a wealth of information that made the application process feel seamless and transparent. After years of apartment living, I’ve been longing for a townhome that better suits my lifestyle, and Amavi truly checks all the boxes. As a current resident, I'd like to say that the office staff is amazing and have been helpful with our move in. My family and I moved in November 2025 and the idea of moving into a new build excited me so much. Today, I wish that I'd waited until the community was completely finished and established! Daily, there are construction crews building the remaining homes from 7am until 7pm. The streets are being paved and the massive trucks are blocking the roads. Therefore, if you work from home and have to run out, you're always trapped in by various trucks and/or roadwork. You're paying for use of amenities that haven't been completed. We're still waiting on our mailboxes in order for mail to be forwarded to our own home instead of the leasing office. The townhomes were built so quickly that

I’m thrilled to be a resident of Amavi Brier Creek. These beautifully constructed homes are reasonably priced. The friendly neighbors make it a welcoming community. If you’re considering making Amavi your home, I highly recommend it. The maintenance is excellent, and the leasing staff, Marquita and Mikhaela, are incredibly welcoming. I’m glad I waited to sign a lease here, as I began researching Amavi in early June. I can’t wait to see what they have in store for us, as they’re still building beautiful homes and townhomes in the area, and an amenity area with a gym and pool! 😊
