Amara

I enjoy living at Amara. The building is clean with nice modern feeling apartments. It's in a central location downtown, which is super convenient for work. There's nearby transit and plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The entire staff is helpful and friendly, although I want to give an extra shout-out to Sherry and Emerson. You two have been so accommodating. Thank you.

Sherry and Emerson are the best, very helpful and dependable!! This apartment has been a wonderful, safe, friendly community in the middle of the city. I am so grateful to have spent my time here at Amara. I was instantly sold in my tour with Emerson and I was impressed all year with how much effort Sherry puts into community events and engagement!! There are so many people packed in this building yet I always felt like I had enough space and respect from my neighbors! (photo is of my friends grilling on a summer evening)

Amara Portland has been an amazing experience overall. The community is absolutely beautiful. The amenities are always well maintained, cleaned and perstine and everything feels modern and thoughtfully designed. The location is convenient for someone new to the city and wanting to explore, and the atmosphere here is welcoming and safe! Living in various places, this has consistently exceeded my expectations. Whether it’s simple details or entire work orders, they’ve always been completed very swiftly. I especially want to make note of Sherry in the leasing office. She is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and has made it easy to consider this a place home which made/makes the move in and living experience smooth. She’s very patient, attentive, and always happy to help with any questions.

Everyone at Amara Apartments has been great! Sherry is amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly, and she really made us feel at home right away. The common areas are well kept and love the location with easy access to downtown, Pearl District, and the waterfront. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of touring the apartment, and I have to say, it was even better than I imagined! The interior decorations are stunning, the amenities are top-notch, and the views are simply breathtaking. What really stood out to me, though, was how friendly everyone was! Sherry was fantastic—she not only showed me around the apartment complex but also made me feel like I was already part of the community. She went above and beyond to chat with me about the apartment and all the great things about the neighborhood. It was such a warm and welcoming experience!
