Amanda has been a dream to work with. She helped me navigate making my first ever offer on a property. While the first offer I made didn't go through, she stuck with me until I found a property that did work. She is always very quick to respond and very knowledgeable. When she doesn't have the answer, she is resourceful and finds one. One of the things I appreciated most about her was that she listened to what I wanted and never tried to push me toward something I didn't. (Update: 7/30/20) We just used Amanda White as our realtor again to sell and purchase a home. Another fun and professional experience working with her. Could not recommend a better realtor to use in VA! (2018) Amanda White made our selling and buying experience essentially stress-free. She was professional, very knowledgeable of the current market, and very responsive when we wanted to visit a house at the last minute to potentially purchase. Her fees were reasonable unlike many other realtors in Loudoun County. Amanda has a wonderful personality and was truly a joy to work with! We would definitely use Amanda again when we decide to sell or purchase another home.
