My wife and I found a listing from amanda grover real estate and gave them a message after hours. Right in the morning we received a call from Sandy and started right away. Within 3 days over 90% of the paperwork was done, we had the inspection set up 3 days out and maureen - the teams go between for the banks - had the ball rolling. Because we're in new York it still took about a month, but anywhere else would have taken 3 or 4 months. They were kind, professional, and maintained excellent contact (a call or text nearly every other day and emails aplenty) to keep us updated on everything.
