I have purchased many homes over the years and can say with sincerity that Amanda provided the best experience I have ever had. Her commitment did not stop there, she fought tirelessly to get a good price and even got some of the appliances replaced. All I had to do is sit back and let Amanda do her job and she involved me at appropriate times when needed, it was seamless. Finding a new place to live is difficult specially when it’s far from your current home. Amanda was able to give us addresses of homes in various neighborhoods and towns, so we could get a feel for what we wanted. We talked about needs/wants and were then able to narrow the choices. Her expertise and knowledge of the area are impressive. With her assistance (and FaceTime!) we were able to place a bid on the new property. She also gave us excellent Home Inspection, Insurance agent, painting contractor, builder/remodel and plumbing. Strange questions did not stump her, and we had many of those! We can wholeheartedly recommend Amanda.
