Alvista Hollywood

I’ve been living at Alvista Hollywood for almost two years, and I absolutely love it! The community is very calm, the apartments are modern, and having a washer/dryer in the unit is a huge plus. The management team is also extremely attentive, Angelica is amazing! She has helped us so much throughout our time here, even when we transferred to a new unit. Angel has also been very supportive and responsive. The maintenance of the condominium is excellent; every time we’ve requested a repair, it’s been handled very quickly. Overall, I highly recommend Alvista Hollywood!

My hubby and I came here to get a tour a few days ago and it was wonderful. Angel was very informative and spiritually uplifting during our tour. She even went above and beyond with making our experience the best it could’ve been. Thank you Angel. See you again soon!!

This was my very first time moving into an apartment complex, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The process of filling out the forms and getting everything set up was so easy and straightforward. Angelica walked me through every step and made sure I understood exactly what to do, which took away all the stress I was expecting. Angel was also super helpful on move-in day, making the transition feel effortless. For a first-timer like me, I really appreciated how simple and welcoming they made the whole experience. I feel lucky to have started my apartment journey here!

We went for an initial leasing application appointment. We were so grateful to meet Angelica and just as her name implies she was a literal angel. She was so patient and kind, made the whole process so easy and we felt so at ease! I appreciate how she took the time to listen to us and answer all our questions!
