Alvic Management

I would like to share my experience with Alvic Property Management. Before working with Alvic, we used another management company, and the difference has been truly noticeable. I want to sincerely thank Nika and Michael for their professionalism and excellent communication. They are friendly, cooperative, and take the time to explain everything step by step. With our previous management, no one listened to us — but now we feel heard. They understand our concerns, work with us, and genuinely care, which is incredibly valuable. Thank you, guys — you are the best!

Avoid this company at all costs. In my experience, they do not pay vendors on time, communication is terrible, and basic professionalism is completely lacking. Getting a response is like pulling teeth, and when you do hear back, issues are rarely resolved. Whether you’re a vendor or an owner, this company will waste your time and test your patience. If I were you, I would run — not walk — away from this property management company.

I've been a resident for many years and dealt with many managements. When I was introduced to Alivic I was very pleased until one of their staff came aboard. Everything to do with my building is now about taking the cheap route and when I talk to Diana she is very dismissive and boarder line rude. There's been down grades since she's worked with our building and no good communication. What happened to this management. They need to rid of these type of bad eggs. Everything used to be so good before her.

Our condo has been using Alvic Management since 2021. They have been above and beyond helpful, patient, professional, cooperative and supportive in various ways. Love that they have a portal online. They are proactive in response levels. We had Stacey as our person, who we liked a lot and then we had a change and got Yana… she is as pleasant, calm, communicative, helpful. Thank you to the team and to Alina with Semyon for in person meeting. They were super productive, professional, informative and did their best to keep things together and big group running the meeting. Thank you all for the things you do.
