Place seems to be looking okay for the most part. Moved in 6/27/2025. Already have a handful of issues. I was told things would get done prior to move in and was not. Only until 2nd week of move in did they do it. The doors were all hard to close causing it to be a fire and safety hazard. I was stuck in the bedroom and almost had to call the fire department to come get me out of the bedroom. They have yet to replace the door to be able to close the door without any trouble. There has been a leak under the sink. They fixed a part and thought it was fixed after the part was changed. The kitchen sink pipes are still leaking. The maintenance requests continue to be closed out. Over time mold will grow and make the place unliveable. There has been a bug problem. Its west texad and the heat. Nor

Infested with roaches! People around here, smoke marijuana, and you can hear everything from the upstairs neighbor. It’s very annoying and there’s no living in peace here. Everything is old, they don’t even maintenance their apartments you move in and see how the last person left it! If you don’t wanna sleep with roaches at night, crawling on, you, don’t move in here!

The community is generally quiet and respectful of privacy. There are occasional community events, though I can't usually attend due to work so I can't speak to the quality. The residents are also respectful of property; there are regularly packages delivered that stay out all day until the owner picks them up when they get home.

I would not even give a star. Management is rude and all. My shipped items got missing in office itself and in front of door as well twice. Make sure to properly read and understand your lease as they try to increase your lease than you mention on your application and they are obviously not cheap as they will pop up other fees later on every month. And room itself are nasty and old. So I would not suggest this place to anyone. Good luck

Really calm and quiet place, all neighbors are friendly, so as the staff members. Maintenance guys do such a great job, also really clean! No bugs or anything. Also they gave me $750 off first month! Plus no application or deposit fees. All I can say is that if I could rate more stars I would!
