I lived here for four years and I will say the staff is great. Maintenance always comes right away and fixes any issues. The leasing office has been great assisting me with everything. Ari has been amazing! Always making sure that I am informed with resident events, receiving up to date information after issues with my email, and suggesting helpful solutions with neighbors. She has been so professional and a pleasure to also have as a neighbor.

This is my second year living at Alton and I have no complaints. The property is well kept and maintenance is fast. All the staff is wonderful, especially Ari. She takes her time to engage with residents and it’s nice having a friendly face remember your name! The resident events are top tier and they give a great sense of community.

I absolutely love living here! I lived here about 2 years ago, and decided to move back earlier this year after living somewhere else because of how much I loved it! The staff is amazing (especially Ari) and the amenities are great as well. Ari has been so helpful and is always so friendly! So happy to call this place home!

Lived here almost 3 years. The first 2 were great while Jeremy was manager. Maintenance was on time. Any issues were solved quickly. The grounds were well kept. Everyone in the front office was super friendly and helpful. You're in close proximity to the Gandy bridge and the crosstown, while still being secluded enough that the complex is very quiet. An easy 5-star experience and what kept me wanting to stay for a fourth year. Once he departed, things went downhill quickly. After his departure, dog waste stations weren't changed and/or ran out of bags so dog poop was everywhere. We had a bad maggot infestation in the garage of building 2 that wasn't remedied for a long time. You'd get out of your car and bird poop filled with maggots was everywhere (I'll spare posting the pictures) for mo

I love the apartment, and I'm happy to say that everything has been good so far; the move has been smooth! I actually live directly in front of Ari, and I’ve never experienced any problems with either of her dogs. They have always been very friendly. I have a 3-year-old daughter who sees them often, and the dogs greet her gently every time. I’ve never seen any signs of aggression from them. My personal experience with Ari and her pets has only been positive. Also, I recently dropped my keys down the elevator shaft, and she was so kind to help me get the keys out, even though she wasn't on the clock, and both her dogs were there!
