Alton Central Park

We had such a wonderful experience working with Alexis! We were actually one of her first application after she had just been hired the week prior and you would have never known it. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly organized throughout the entire process. She made everything feel smooth and stress-free, answered all of our questions with patience, and stayed on top of every detail. It’s clear she genuinely cares and takes pride in her work. From the time I went for the tour with Alexis whom is very professional ,knowledgeable and patient , to the actual move in , the entire experience was 5 Star out of 5 Stars! The apartment was very clean everything was working fantastic. The maintenance gentlemen are fantastic everything I asked of them was answered with polite and efficient responses ! Both men are professional and attentive . The location is prime it’s very quite clean and safe .. glad to be here I do recommend this property ..

Alexis at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely kind, friendly, and genuinely caring which is honestly rare to see these days. She truly made my day with her positive attitude and went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. It’s a beautiful place to live, very well managed, and all the staff are incredibly nice. Having people like Alexis only reinforces how special this community is.

Alexis is truly a professional talent at this organization. She is courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and truly went above and beyond her duties in her responsibilities to make everything smooth, welcoming and very supportive in order to successfully establish residency at this community. Alton Central Park has been a great move for our family! After visiting ALL of the communities nearby we felt none were as welcoming or felt as at home as Alton did. Upon walk-in we were immediately greeted by Megan and she was fantastic to work with from touring the community and its amenities to helping us find the perfect unit. Daniela was an absolute pleasure to deal with at move-in. The clubhouse is beautiful. The pool is one of the nicer ones around and the gym is inspiring me to get my workout on! Since moving in we have made friends with several of our neighbors and have enjoyed our nightly walks around the lake with our pup. We love Food Truck Friday’s and hope they keep that going. We have had very little issues so far but for the small things that did come up management
