Altis Miramar

I visited Altis recently only to find out that my old Resident Manager is now the Manager at this beautiful Community. Taneisha is hands down one of the most beautiful persons I have met and done business with. I am definitely moving to Altis as soon as I can get out of my lease. The community is so beautiful, the amenities are one of a kind. My daughter will love it there. I can’t wait.

I moved into Altis Miramar 5 days ago and I am beyond impressed! The manager Taneisha goes above and beyond to make sure that my new home is perfect for my family. The maintenance staff is extremely kind and courteous, and are at my door super quickly when I have a question or issue. Even though there was a delay moving in, it was definitely worth the wait! Thank you Taneisha and the entire Altis Miramar family for making our transition effortless!

This apartment complex is amazing in so many ways… the area, the quality but most importantly the Manager Taneisha she is awesome. She was one of the reasons my father decided to move there. Her kindness, patience and professionalism were amazing!! I give her 10 stars because she was just that great. If you’re looking for the perfect apartment that provides excellence and great living. This is definitely the place. The new manager is the best!!

I recently visited Altis and I was so impressed with the Manager Taneisha. She was so detailed. I did not lease because my job did not require me to change locations anymore. The best leasing experience I ever had. She is such an asset. Good luck on your new property Altis. It is beautiful.

I am a Miramar resident for over 10 years and am pleased with the new developments in the area. Altis is one of the news communities in the area, working with Taneisha in the past I know I am in good hands here at Altis. My move in date is coming up real soon and she has been there assisting me every step of the way including the current delays. Communication is one of the best customer service features any business can feature and I have received just that. I look forward to picking up my Keys soon.
