★★☆☆☆ Disappointed with Pricing Practices and Unit Quality Update: There are townhome units listed on the website at $2,145.00 per month, my rent is going up to $2619.00 for a month to month lease or $2507.00 per month to extend my lease, that is outrageous. Just be prepared and warned that if you move in, this is how they operate. I wanted to love living at Altia, but a few major issues have made the experience frustrating. Similar to what other residents have shared, the pricing practices feel misleading. After moving in, I discovered that the same floorplan is now listed for hundreds of dollars less than what we’re currently paying. Altia Townhomes and Apartments is a really nice place to live. The community feels clean and well-maintained, and the homes have great build quality. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. I also feel safe in the neighborhood, which is a big plus. The only issue is the limited visitor parking—there aren’t many visitor spots available. Aside from that, everything else has been excellent. Highly recommend Altia if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!

PLEASE READ: do not be fooled but its glamour and low prices. sister had to go to the hospital and had to move back to my family, found out 2 days after my lease ended. there’s ZERO grace, zero care. they’ll tow your car and charge you fees with no warning and no grace, no phone call. lost over $4,000 leaving this place. used to be my first recommendation because it seems so amazing, but ended being the worst mistake of my life. deleted my old bad review because it’s really not something i do, but this is a money sucker apartment. use me as a sign to keep looking .. proceed with major caution here.

January 2026 - Prices are still lower on the website than what we are paying. There was an issue with one of my payments as I didn't have enough to clear it, but didn't realize it until a couple days after. It's after the Holiday season and I figure they would be understanding. Boy was I wrong. They charged a $50 return fee, I asked them to remove it but they refused. After doing some research, turns out they are overcharging as WA state says the max is $40 per RCW. They are doing shady business practices and I’m glad me and several others are calling them out. I don’t even live here, i was possibly thinking about moving in July and now i know i won’t be moving here. I just had the same person call me four times, back to back at 4:37am, 4:38am etc and left a voicemail at 4:45am. I had to answer and tell her to stop calling me for her to stop. Definitely not somewhere i want to live if they’re okay calling and waking people up in the middle of the night.
