With the new management that came in the place has gotten a lot better and the new maintenance crew is amazing and fixes any problems in a professional and timely manner. The office personnel are extremely helpful and do the best they can at solving any issues I have. Would recommend moving here with the current management.

UPDATE: Since my original review, management has reached out and been kind, communicative, and genuinely tried to help by offering solutions to address the issues, including an option that would have required us to temporarily relocate for a few days in order to fix the bathroom issue. Unfortunately, that wasn’t feasible for our family. While this has still been one of our more difficult experiences, the commitment to make things right is admirable. I truly believe Jessica and the new team have the ability to make this a place future residents will love once it is fully staffed and running smoothly. We moved in on 3/1/25 to a dirty apartment — not a great first impression. I immediately called the office, was told to email with pictures, which I did on 3/10/25… and never heard back. By M

I went for a tour today and America was very friendly and informative. The place is beautiful, and the overall experience was great. Highly recommend!

Updated: This apartment complex has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had we’ve had problems getting ahold of them problems with them losing paperwork and having to resubmit the staff is rude and seem annoyed when I have to ask questions in the office recently I was notified that I’m not allowed to have my daughter use chalk in front of our door so not family friendly at all not to mention the mountain of trash right outside the exit gate that they have no plans to pick up it seems like but my daughter drawing chalks an issue? I’ll also prolly get a phone call or email or text asking me to take this review down and they can try to resolve it and if I don’t like what they offer they’ll reply saying they tried but they didn’t trust me anyways don’t live here if you value yourself o

The maintenance team was absolutely amazing. They were here at exactly 2 PM when they said they would be they got everything done in a timely manner were very professional and polite. It’s a huge change compared to our old management and it is greatly appreciated and does not go unnoticed, I hope the employees are taken care of just how they take care of us.
