Absolutely love living here! I've lived at [Alta Vista for 7 years and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and beautifully landscaped. The management team is top-notch—responsive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents feel at home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. The neighbors are friendly, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. Everything from shopping to restaurants to parks is just a short drive (or even walk) away. Ive lived there about 2 years. I have had a few managers over the years and Todd and Chris have been the best. If anything needs taken care of they are right on it. They keep the place looking amazing. They are friendly and always available to help. I am very happy there because of them, they make it a place you want to stay

I have lived here for about 1 & 1/2 years. I hardly ever write reviews... But before you move here, know these things: 1.) The apartments are very outdated 2.) Appliances like your AC, drawers, stove handle, etc will most likely break extremely easily with light use 3.) If you email the landlord about these issues, there's about a 30% chance that it will actually get fixed 4.) The hot tub will often be locked off, and when its open it will often be cold or won't run properly (management has been notified many times). 5.) They are raising the rent even with all I listed above, AND during the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Only reason I give 2 stars is because the location is safe, there are a lot of nearby restaurants and bars, and the neighbors are nice.

Just moved out after 4 years of pleasant time living in this apartment complex. It's a quite place with very reliable management that keep the place very clean tight and in order. Repairs are always on time with a smile.

Owned and run by evil liars. You hurt me, my pets, and my family, greatly. Because of you and your illicit, immoral, and illegal behavior, I will never ever again rent from a large management company. There is not one good thing that an honest man can say about you. Not one.
