Alta Homes at Cedar Crossing

I would never recommend buying from Alta homes. They tricked my wife into not getting an inspection why I was at work even though I was the buyer, my wife wasnt authorised to make that decision. When you do a walk through In a new home you mark with blue tape what needs to be fixed. They never fixed anything. My kitchen sink collapsed because they tried to install the sink after the counter tops were installed. They used a piece of fencing plank board to rig it. My ceilings are cracked an warped. They gave me the run around until my warranty ran out. They ran the air-conditioner while under construction and clogged the drain system. I have to use a shop vacuum to drain my air-conditioner drip pan regularly. It over flowed causing water damage and cracked my ceiling. They are con artist. It

If I could give a Zero star, I would. I NEVER Leave reviews…but this is hands down THE worst builder. The day you sign, is the day they cut all ties. There is zero craftsmanship nor customer service. Run far away! Trust me.

These homes are definitely designed with families in mind! Floorplans and finishes really give "forever home" energy. If you don't mind the location, definitely worth considering as your next place to land
