Alpine Apartments

My sister lives here. she has a nice remodeled unit. There is also a gate around the apartment complex and the manager lady is very friendly.

Gang infested nasty ghetto apartments. bums are in the area all day and sleep in the parking stalls. the complex is very dirty outside with trash everywhere. the management sucks. they don't care about cleaning the place up or who they lease these apartments too. kids are always breaking windows and doing damage cause their parents are all cracked out. cars are broken into every night. the owners clearly only want to collect their section 8 rent. find somewhere else to live.

Very rough and ghetto. These apartments are crawling with meth addicts, bums, and gangs. Stay away!!! The management couldn't care less about the people they let live there or about maintaining they're building. It's not only ugly on the outside but worse on the inside. People are always fighting, busting windows, breaking into cars and dealing drugs. The homeless also sleep all over the complex.

U do not want to move here. Meth addicts living there, including the manager and his girlfriend. They are meth addicts. Water leaks all ovet.drinking alcohol all over in courtyard. Squatters living in vacant apartments. People who have been evicted off property get to come back and live with their friends on property.while other.Tenants have to pay rent.

SMH. All these complaints and y'all still can't get it together. For anyone who's thinking about leasing here: these apartments are filled with gang members drug dealers and prostitutes. And if that ain't bad enough...the homeless ppl sleep all over this nasty complex leaving their trash everywhere. There is constant fightin arguin and drug dealing in this roach and thug infested apartment complex. It may look almost decent from the outside but once you live here it's a whole other story. They ain't nothin positive about livin here. And btw the management don't give a care about this place that's obvious cause they let trash rot all around this place and no one does a thing.
