Closing was great. We were supposed to get a check on Monday and they said they would call us to pick it up. Instead, they just put the check in the mail with no tracking. We figured this out after we were finally able to get ahold of someone on Tuesday. Had to call again on Thursday when we still had not received it. Here it is Friday, no check, and they are finally letting us pick it up. This could have been so much easier.

Attempted to get title work done with this location. Had a very hard time getting a response after the deposit was submitted, despite calls and emails. Had to call their KC office to get alternate contact info, only then did I get a response.

Closed on a house and used Alpha. They walked us through all the paper work and made it easy. Very cool office also.

Always there to do an excellent job and always willing to assist with solutions and help closings happen as expeditiously as possible
