Alora at West Palm Beach Apartment Homes

Over all my living experience has been pretty good at Alora. Office staff have been very helpful when needed. The grounds are well maintained with routine pressure washing of all buildings, painting of buildings & stairwells. Maintenance responds quickly especially with a serious problem. This has been my best apartment living experience. I would highly recommend Alora apartments to anyone looking for a great apartment community.

Moving into this community was the best decision I ever made. The office staff is amazing, and maintenance is always so helpful. If you are looking for a nice place to live in WPB with convenience to all major highways, I highly recommend you move to Alora.

Maintenance at Alora is phenomenal — truly 10 out of 10! Alex, the maintenance supervisor, is the best. He came to my apartment and fixed everything I was having issues with in a timely and professional manner. His communication is excellent, and he always makes sure the job is done right. I absolutely love it here — the maintenance team goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Highly recommend!

Leslie has been such an incredible help throughout my entire moving process! She made everything so stress-free and easy. She was extremely patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. Thank you so much for everything, and for making me feel so welcomed here. I scheduled a tour and was a few minutes late from the construction on the road in front of the apartment. When I walked in, the leasing agent told me they were taking another with an appointment and that I'd have to wait. I also had an appointment, which I pointed out, but was told to wait till after this person (who also had an appointment?) received their tour. I waited 20 min, but did have to leave because I had more tours scheduled. I did find this unprofessional and when I was reached out to about rescheduling, it was for a different day. If this is how they treat prospective residents, I am wary about how they treat current residents.
