Avoid This Rental Company at All Costs We rented a house through this company for two years, and it was easily the most frustrating and disappointing rental experience we’ve ever had. The staff (Tiffany and Laura) are incredibly immature and unprofessional—communication is inconsistent at best and completely nonexistent when issues arise. Simple maintenance requests were ignored or delayed for months and when we tried to follow up, we were often met with attitude or deflection instead of solutions. What’s worse, the company operates in a shady and unethical manner. They have no respect for tenants’ rights or responsibilities, and they constantly shift blame rather than taking accountability for their mistakes. It felt like we were being gaslit every time we brought up a legitimate concer

Speaking as tenants, this is the best property management company we've worked with. We've rented through them for over a year now. They keep the property well-maintained and have been very responsive to maintenance requests. Professional, considerate, and communicative.

The other negative reviews are spot-on true. ALM "Premier" Property Management is a name you should automatically avoid whenever you come across them. They're dishonest folks that swindled us out of our money. We will never work with them again and advise all renters and homeowners to do the same. Shame.

The way this company handles their clients is unspeakable. Do not trust that they will have an ounce of integrity when dealing with you and your living endeavors. The opposite of what one would desire when it comes to their home. Wildly disappointing.
