Ally Management, Inc.

In June, 2025 I began to notify this company that my 2nd floor condo had water damage coming through the ceiling. No one ever came to inspect. I reminded them every month when I paid my almost-$400-a-month dues that the damage HAD to be coming from the upstairs apartment or from the plumbing inside the walls. NO RESPONSE. By December I had to make the repairs because I had tenants moving in. NO ONE EVER ONCE came to inspect the damage or to make arrangements for repairs. Not once. Useless. Expensive. Ridiculous.

Absolutely worthless…. Call over and over and just the run around. This is what you get after calling since early January. NOTHING

The property manager (J.M.D.) at Ally Management is arrogant, shows a lack of empathy, and lacks strong communication skills. During our only annual Zoom meeting, he was unprepared, rarely had answers, and overall is not an asset to our community at all -quite the opposite. He also seems more interested in exerting power than addressing residents’ concerns.

As an owner in one of the community’s Allly manages. I am embarrassed to even rate them! When I first bought 3 years ago Ally was located on site and had great communication, now they have moved offsite maybe two years ago now and a bunch of new staff. Since then they have not returned phone calls or concerns. No one is ever available to answer the phone but continue to raise HOA but don’t inform us. (we had trees cut? Thanks for letting us know) We used to receive updates on construction or generally but have since stopped, with little emails regarding anything at all.

HOA mgmt companies get a bad rep often but not these gals over at Ally. The lady at the front desk is wonderful, Kotisha who manages my community is super helpful. I can’t thank them enough for always being willing to help and being friendly. Thank you!
