Allure at Edinburgh

Let me reiterate that management and others who work here are all very kind and responsive. However, what made our experience terrible was tenants who had no respect for the facility and others. Despite many warnings from management (letters left on doors and emails), tenants chose to smoke weed inside the complex. You were forced to smell it when you got off the elevator, in hallways, and in your apartment all hours of the day. This went on for many months and is still ongoing. Also, despite having onsite cleaning services- dog feces, dirt, debris, and other substances would remain in hallways, and stairwells for WEEKS. Liquids of unknown sources had floods the hallways and apartment floors in multiple occurrences and would be left like that for days, loud utility fans running in the ha

Allure has been the sweetest blessing! The area is peaceful & progressive. I feel so safe! The staff, including maintenance, are welcoming, informative & responsive. The amenities are bountiful. My new home has been perfect for me!

I have lived here for a few months now, and the location is great. I was a bit skeptical at first paying as much as they were asking, but once I saw the list of amenities I was sold. The people here are great, and are always doing something together. The staff on site are always quick to help and the maintenance team is the best that I have ever had at an apartment.

I don’t usually leave reviews but from the moment I went to view the property the first time I loved it. The staff was friendly and not pushy at all they really care about to community and the residents and are very hospitable. Everything from the clubhouse to the apartments and cleanliness and quietness are great. The gym is one of the best I’ve seen in an apartment complex so I’m really excited to cancel my gym membership. I was torn between Allure and another property and ended up going back to tour at Allure again and knew it was where I’d want to call home for the next few years. GABBY assisted me and she was very helpful and very much a people person and not trying to sway me in anyway. Can’t wait to move at the end of the month and be apart of the community. Gavin and Zach installed three ceiling fans with lights in my apartment this morning. I greatly appreciate the responsiveness, politeness and efficiency of this maintenance team. In fact, I can say that about the entire management team as well. I have yet to encounter any problems with my apartment or community. It’s a good place to live!
