The Allure Clubhouse has an exercise room, a meditation pod, pool table, golden tee, large TV and comfy couch to relax, and a salt water pool. Drinks and snacks are available for purchase. Key fob entry for the exercise room, and mailroom. The apartments are on the larger side. There are one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Our apartment is a two bedroom. We have a large island, plenty of cabinets, two walk in closets, a pantry, refrigerator, dishwasher, front loader washer, large dryer. Living room, and both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and there are blinds covering the windows. The primary bath has a walk in tiled shower. Secondary bath is a full sized tub with shower. If you’re looking for a place that actually feels like home from day one, this is it. ​The leasing and management team truly sets the bar high. Jannett and Elizabeth are absolutely wonderful! They are professional, friendly, and—most importantly—incredibly responsive. Any time I’ve reached out with a question via email or phone, they’ve gotten back to me almost instantly. It’s so refreshing to live somewhere where the staff genuinely cares about the residents. ​The Buildings: Everything is brand new and honestly flawless. We’ve only been living at Allure Apartments for a couple of months, but so far we couldn’t be happier. From the moment we moved in, everything has been a great experience. The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained, which makes it a comfortable place for our family. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and feel like home. The management and staff have been friendly, responsive, and easy to work with whenever we’ve had questions. It’s reassuring to live somewhere that clearly cares about its residents. Overall, Allure Apartments has been a great place for our family, and we’re really happy with our decision to move here. We’re looking forward to continuing to call this place home.

Elizabeth is absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming and friendly, which immediately made the experience comfortable. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the apartments and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right place. Elizabeth made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, and she is a huge asset to this apartment complex. Highly recommend working with her!

Great apartments and brand new! I can't wait for it's completion and enjoy all of the amenities. The office staff and maintenance supervisor are the nicest and super helpful. They are quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend this community!
