!!!MASSIVE WATER LEAK DURING STAGE 3 DROUGHT!!! !!!MULTIPLE CODE VIOLATIONS EXISTING OVER 45 DAYS AFTER CODE ENFORCEMENT INTERVENTION!!! !!!HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES!!! Management has not been receptive to complaints, and definitely hasn't repaired enough. The building is absolutely INFESTED with German cockroaches. There are possums living in the walls of our building. Complaints have been made to numerous agencies regarding the abundant health and safety concerns. Despite this, management refuses to bring the property into compliance or contain the water leak DURING STAGE 3 DROUGHT CONDITIONS. United Apartment Group (the parent company) boasts about their $3 billion dollar portfolio, but we can't get any of these massive issues fixed. All contact attempts to UAG have gone unreturned for o
Been here for about 2 weeks now and my apt is great I'm really enjoying my time here so far. Delaine in the office helped me out a bunch and I really appreciate her helping me get in. Looking forward to the rest of my stay here!
I have been a resident of Allure Apartments for years now and just like everywhere else you make it your home. They do respond to your needs as soon as they can. If you want a place to call home come to the Allure Apartments on Everhart Rd.
Love the property. Very compassionate, understanding, and accommodating people in the office. This property needs tending to and I'm happy to know that the office has made the property come a long way and I enjoy seeing that come together.
Absolutely easy to apply new owners are great Eric helped me and family so much he was able to work with us and get us into our apartment fast and easy the other two woman in the office are super friendly and welcoming thank you all so much
