All Star Property Managment is a great property managment to go through—I highly recommend them. They are far from a corporate type of property Managment and prices are more reasonable than most places offer. Nice local home town feel. Craig and Susie are wonderful and made my move in and move out easy! They were flexible with communication. Great at helping get things fixed. There was no hassle. Susie was very friendly and helpful from day one. They were understanding about my move out and even tried to help find another property to rent through them for me and my new roommates. Just had a very bad experience with Allstar Properties. I don't normally post reviews, but I wanted to warn, and strongly advice against, any tenants about going through this service. Just don't do it. You can find another spot. I came into this office excited, and approved, to begin renting a property from Allstar. My excitement was partially quelled when I was promptly given a 40 page lease agreement to review and sign. I've been previously screwed over in these scenarios, so I wanted to be diligent. **Some clauses that were included** 1) termination without cause (which is reasonable in certain circumstances, so this wasn't a huge cause for alarm.) 2) eviction fee and advertising fee. This one essentially said that I would owe $250 upon termination of my stay if they decided to evict

Property Manager Tish is someone you never would want to deal with. Save yourself the trouble and rent anywhere but here!!!

Professional, friendly, honest management. I highly recommend these guys.
