Allora Gainesville

I’ve lived at Allora Apartments in Gainesville for almost 15 months and absolutely love it. My apartment is spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. The location is convenient — close to the expressway, Kroger, and lots of restaurants. I enjoy walking outside when the weather is nice, and the gym is a great bonus. Highly recommend this community!

At first, I really loved living here. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill over time. The management’s policies and the way residents are treated have become increasingly disappointing, and at times even feel like harassment. The fines are unreasonable — especially being charged for a mandatory trash service when pickup doesn’t even occur as scheduled. It’s frustrating and unfair to be penalized for something beyond residents’ control. Overall, it feels like residents are no longer valued, respected, or treated with basic fairness.

I am updating my review from almost 2 years ago. If I could give infinity stars to the allora Gainesville community, I would! Our move from Tennessee was a scary one, and everyone here made us feel right at home. We are happy to have found a place to settle down in Georgia that we will soon be moving to, but we are so sad to say goodbye to everyone at Allora. The maintenance team goes above and beyond, always. And the team in the office is so nice. As long as you pay rent and follow rules, I cannot imagine you having issues with this place!

This is my first apartment and I couldn’t expect anything else. The leasing office was so kind and helpful with the whole move in process, and after. Me and my puppy have generally loved it here!

Just moved to the community last month.. The office personnel are very friendly and very helpful. I am truly in love with my 2 bedroom. The community is very quiet and peaceful... I would advise anyone that is looking for a new apartment/place to live, I would advise you check out Allora Gainesville
