Allium Place

This place does exist, I drove by there myself just to make sure. It’s still under construction. 3/5 stars cause they are closed on the weekends and need a better answering service. There are income limits that you can’t see unless you start an application. The brochure is not detailed enough. There’s an interactive map on the website as well. Pictures are current as of 3/3/25 There’s an online active camera you can watch but it only goes up to December (visually) cause it gets knocked down from the storms & it hasn’t been put up.

The apartments themselves are modern and have a great layout the natural light in my unit is a huge plus. It’s a relatively quiet community, and I always feel safe coming home. For the price and the quality of the actual living space, I think it’s one of the better options in the area. Definitely worth a look if you want a clean, updated space!"

This community deserves ZERO stars. AHC & Habitat America took full advantage of individuals/families searching for affordable housing. This build was designed using shoddy materials. You can literally hear your neighbors phone ringing! Parts of the community have already been infested with roaches & mice. Terrified to say the least. Let’s talk about the maladministration who took over. The managers are rude and condescending. They honestly don’t care what you say, you can literally watch your words fly out the window as you’re speaking to them. Most recently, parking has become a huge problem. They have failed to provide anything close to an adequate amount of parking for this community now the residents were just informed you are only permitted one vehicle on property per household. If y

Unfortunately, it's shocking to me that I'm awake at 6:35 am writing this review because of the agrressive LOUD noise from neighbors EVERYDAY! Especially on a school day when they come rubbling down the stairs like a football team when it's only 3 younger children who reside in that home upstairs who have already destroyed the building walls within a month of us moving in, which Noone from the rental office will ever fix. Allium Place looks really nice! The buildings are new, the area feels calm, and the whole place has a clean, modern vibe. The staff has been friendly and helpful too. Definitely worth checking out!
