Allison is AWESOME!. She listened to the story of our house, the work we had done, the concerns we had, and why we were selling. She provided insight and a high confidence level of what we should expect of the process. She followed thru with the process as explained and included some extra services like the virtual tour that really put the house in the best position to sell. She was always available for a "quick call". Very proactive in preparing the property for the market, and it paid off!!!
