Allison is the best. I was selling my childhood home as part of a family estate and she walked me through all the minutia. She was sympathetic and even offered to take donations to the thrift store when we were clearing out. She researched comparable properties in the area and helped us set an asking price that we got in 4 days. Allison is well organized and prompt answering any questions. I would give her more stars if I could.
