Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Allied Property Management run by Louis Wright. We worked with this company for a few years and had one property in Dover with them. We were charged management fees even after the tenant they had in the property, not only abandoned the property without their knowledge but left it in absolute destruction resulting in thousands of dollars in damage. Rent was late often, bushes were overgrown, mold on the siding, sidewalk was dark, etc. Despite their responsibilities, they failed to conduct regular walk-throughs, leading to a lack of accountability and oversight.
